IN THE LOCALITY

Hoburne Devon Bay Family Holiday Park is located close to Goodrington, a small village on the sea adjacent to Paignton (1 mile). Like most villages it possess a small selection of shops including newsagents, hairdressers, off licence, toy and gift shops, a post office, convenient cash point, a local Co-op grocery store and places of worship.

Food outlets include "The Waterside Inn" a large, welcoming pub specialising in "sizzling" steaks, Grills,Burgers etc.

There is also a Petrol Station next to the Waterside Inn.

All the above can be found along a small stretch of the Dartmouth Road a ten minute walk,or a 2 minute drive from the park.There are also regular bus services into Paignton, Torquay and Brixham from the village.

Goodrington possess arguably the best family beach in Torbay with its flat safe sands and rock pools for exploring. Amusements, watersports, food outlets plus some excellent local holiday attractions such as:

• Splash Down Water Park on Goodrington south beach.



• Young's Park on the north beach with its traditional boating lake, crazy golf and

  Go-Karts,

• Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway,
