3 short steps up from the level car park leads onto to the 'L' shaped decking secured by a fixed gate.patio furniture includes table.4 chairs and a parasol.The front deck gives lovely views across Torbay.

INTERIOR

This comfortable, light and airy caravan has  full double glazing.

Lounge 
The airy open lounge has large front windows and enjoys lovely views across Torbay,  a dining area with 4 chairs, 2 settees, one of which converts into a bed if required, coffee table and an electric fire with stylish surround. Entertainment is provided by a 21" colour TV with Freeview, plus a dvd player.

Kitchen 
The kitchen faces the dining area with an electric cooker and grill, microwave oven, Fridge Freezer, kettle, toaster and a full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Shower 
There is a full shower unit with wash basin with mirror and an interconnecting door to the double bedroom which can be used as an en-suite if required. The separate toilet compartment is off the main corridor.

Bedroom 1
The main bedroom contains a double bed, two bedside cabinets, a dressing table, full size wardrobe and wall cupboards and an electric panel heater.

Bedroom 2
This smaller bedroom contains two single beds, a bedside cabinet, a single wardrobe, wall cupboards and an electric panel heater.
